This challenge introduces a measurable, progressive goal:

  1. Blowing bubbles for 3 seconds (beginner).
  2. Progressing to 5 seconds (intermediate).

Success is visibly measurable by how long they blow bubbles and their comfort level while submerged.

How

  1. Use a shallow pool where swimmers feel secure.
  2. Have a waterproof timer (or count down verbally).
  3. Optional props include a floating hoop or an imaginary “bubble shield” to make the game more engaging.
