What

Participants must float on their back in a "soldier position" and maintain surface buoyancy for as long as possible.

How

  1. When the instructor says "go," participants find their own space away from the wall and tread water until the game begins.
  2. The instructor counts down from 10 and starts the game.
  3. Participants must float on their back, keeping a strong core engaged and maintaining good posture to stay at the surface.

Difficulties Instructors Might Face

Instructors may encounter ties among participants who are exceptionally skilled, requiring them to stop the game early. It is important to remember that this challenge also teaches breath control and how inhaling can increase buoyancy.
