Question of the Day: Must you dive off the blocks at a swim meet?Answer: No! You’re allowed to use the side of the pool, get in the water, or dive off the side. You get to choose.Y = 2 jumps in the air as high as you canN = 2 jumps and 5 sit-ups

100 IM Kick2 x 25 position 11.Review 3 things for Streamline before first 25.1) Lock your thumb.2) Squeeze your ears (back of head).3) Look down (with your whole face).Review 3 things for Position 11 before second 25:1) Keep your arms straight.2) Stay at the surface (even when you breathe).3) Look down (with your whole face).

3 x SL on BK + 3 HLBw/R

Head Lead Balance with Rotation

Body in soldier position, kick with face up.

Rotate hips and shoulders from parallel to surface to perpendicular to surface. Rotate through both sides.

Have constant kick to keep body straight.

Rotation Drill.

3 x SL + FLY K

Stay in SL and do fly kick. At the surface do 3 more FLY kicks in soldier position (with hands near hips).

2 x 25 HLBw/R on your back

1 x 50 Free. Focus position 11 and long reaching arms.challenge
